Welcome to Lovely Adventure! By booking any trip or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. ✅ Booking & Confirmation

  • A trip is confirmed only after we receive a deposit payment as outlined in your booking invoice.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the trip starts (as per the agreed timeline).
  • Confirmation will be sent via email with your itinerary and receipt.

2. 💵 Payment Policy

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, digital wallet, or cash (Nepali Rupees or equivalent USD/Euro).
  • International bank fees must be covered by the client.
  • All prices are quoted in USD, unless stated otherwise.

3. 🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy

If canceled by the client:

  • More than 30 days before trip: 80% refund of total payment.
  • 15–30 days before trip: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days: No refund (due to advance bookings with lodges, guides, permits).

If canceled by Lovely Adventure:

  • Full refund will be issued or an alternative trip/date will be offered.
Note: Refunds exclude non-refundable permit and transportation costs.

4. 🧭 Itinerary Changes

Lovely Adventure reserves the right to:

  • Modify itineraries due to weather, natural disasters, political instability, or client safety.
  • Offer alternative routes or transport if necessary.

We always prioritize your safety and experience.

5. 🛂 Passport, Visa & Permits

  • It is the client’s responsibility to obtain a valid Nepal visa and ensure passport validity (6+ months).
  • We will arrange all trekking permits (e.g., TIMS, ACAP, MCAP, Restricted Area Permits) as part of your package.

6. 🏥 Travel Insurance

  • Travel and medical insurance is mandatory for all high-altitude treks.
  • Insurance must cover emergency evacuation (helicopter), illness, accidents, and trip cancellations.

7. 🧳 Health & Fitness

  • You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications in advance.
  • Some treks involve high altitude; a reasonable level of fitness and preparation is required.

8. 🏔️ Risks & Responsibilities

  • Trekking in the Himalayas involves risks due to nature, weather, and remoteness.
  • Lovely Adventure will take all precautions for your safety, but we are not liable for injuries, delays, or lossescaused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, roadblocks, etc.).

9. 📸 Photos & Media

  • We may take photos/videos during trips for promotional use on our website and social media.
  • If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in advance.

10. 📬 Communication

  • We strive for transparent communication and will keep you informed of any trip changes.

11. ⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be handled under Nepalese legal jurisdiction.
